This is an English translation of the Bulgarian Terms of use. If the two versions differ, the Bulgarian version prevails.
1. Who we are and what this is
Sawasdee BG (sawasdeebg.com — “the site”, “we”) is a public site made by people who live in Thailand, for the Bulgarians who visit it. The site is run by Sawasdee BG, a project of a private individual (not a registered company). Contact: mishenkaco@gmail.com.
We are not a government body, a law firm, a travel agency, a bank, an insurance broker or an immigration consultancy. We have no connection with the government of Bulgaria, the government of the Kingdom of Thailand, or any embassy or consulate of either country. Nothing on this site is an official announcement by an institution.
By using the site, you accept these Terms of use. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What the site offers

- Services: Thai language courses, and interpreting and written translation (section 4).
- Forms with which you can send us a course application, a translation enquiry or feedback.
Reading the site is free and needs no account. The site has no user registration, community section, listings or payments.
3. The information here is guidance, not advice
This is the most important section of this page, so please read it carefully.
The guides on this site — on visas, immigration procedures, tax, banks, property, healthcare, work and company registration — are written from experience and publicly available sources. They are provided for general information only.
- Rules change without notice. Thai immigration policy in particular changes often, is applied differently in different provincial offices, and sometimes by two officers in the same office on the same day.
- We do not guarantee that any amount, fee, deadline, address or requirement on this site is current or complete.
- Nothing here is legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment or medical advice, and using the site does not create a lawyer–client or adviser–client relationship.
- Before you act on anything you read here — especially if it involves money, a visa, a contract or your health — confirm it with the relevant institution or a licensed professional.
You use this information at your own risk and remain fully responsible for your own decisions.
4. Thai courses and translation
An application is not an enrolment. A course application does not reserve a place, is not a booking and is not a payment. Enrolment is confirmed only after review, confirmation by Sawasdee BG and payment.
An enquiry is not an order. An enquiry about interpreting or written translation is not a booking and not an accepted engagement. The price, scope and availability are agreed individually before we accept the engagement.
Payment. Nothing is paid on the site. The payment method is agreed personally by e-mail after review. Payment in baht (THB), Revolut or card is possible; card payments carry a payment processing fee of 5 %.
Rescheduling a class is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. The other course conditions — cancellation, refunds, missed classes — you will receive by e-mail before payment.
Translation. We offer practical language help, interpreting and general uncertified written translation. We do not offer sworn, certified, court or official translation, and we are not certified or sworn translators. Requests for institutions or specialised situations are assessed individually.
The party to the contract for the course or service is Sawasdee BG — a project of a private individual (not a registered company).
5. Affiliate links and Experiences
Some links on the site are affiliate links and are marked “Affiliate link” next to the button. When you book through them, you make a contract with the partner on its terms, not with us. How they work and what they do not change: Affiliate links.
6. What you must not do
You must not use the site to:
- Break the law of Bulgaria, Thailand or the place where you are.
- Pretend to be another person, a company or an official body.
- Extract data, crawl automatically or copy substantial parts of the site for another service.
- Upload malicious software, try to breach the site’s security or interfere with how it works.
- Send other people’s data through the forms without their consent, or requests that are not genuine.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions and errors or that it is fit for a particular purpose.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for:
- Any loss from relying on information published here, including visa refusals, fines, overstays, tax liabilities, missed deadlines or rejected documents.
- External sites, services or advertisers we link to.
- Indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, loss of data or opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms of use excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Bulgarian and European law are not affected.
8. Our content
The guides, the province data, the phrasebook, the design and the code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may freely read, print and share links, and quote short extracts with the source named and a link.
You may not republish substantial parts, translate the guides for another site or use our content to train machine-learning models without written permission.
If you think something here infringes your copyright, write to mishenkaco@gmail.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.
9. Changes
We may change these Terms of use. If a change is significant, we will tell you with a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
We may change, suspend or end any part of the site at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
10. Privacy, applicable law and contact
How we process personal data: Privacy.
These Terms of use are governed by Bulgarian law, and the Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
